The schedule of Benefits for group plans with 2 - 9 lives is standardized into a trust form. Groups that anticipate growth could be placed into a customized plan. Plans may be customized to meet US based Federal and State compliance. Non-US plans are also available. The Group Insurance coverage includes:

The trust plans do require evidence of insurability for the applicants during the initial underwriting period.
  • The medical plans include prescription drug coverage and mental nervous/substance abuse coverage
  • Dental plans can include Orthodontia
  • Deductible and Co-Insurance plans are customized
The Service Center acts as "One Point of Contact," 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Services vary depending on the clients' objectives; however, most plans have the following services:
  • Referrals to doctors, dentists and hospitals
  • Verification of eligibility, assistance accessing benefits
  • Communication capabilities: Collect Calls, Tolls Free Calls and E-mail
  • Direct payment arrangements
  • Language assistance
  • Medical assistance
  • Claim reimbursement in over 100 currencies
  • Portability
  • US Healthcare Coordination
 
Eligibility

Examples of covered employees are:
  • An US citizen working in Germany on a three year assignment
  • A British citizen working in Thailand for one year
  • The Managing Director of your company in Brazil who is a Brazilian citizen
